Option 1– Digital Fundraiser
QT Print Co. handles the fundraising process online. We create a custom fundraising link for participants to share with their supporters. Payments are collected digitally, eliminating the need for participants or organizers to collect money manually.

Option 2 – Traditional Fundraiser
QT Print Co. will provide paper fundraiser forms. Participants collect funds from their supporters and turn the money in to the group organizer. QT Print Co. then sends one invoice to the organization.

The final QT Print Co. invoice must be paid before production begins. This keeps the fundraiser organized and prevents the

organization from purchasing inventory upfront.

Participants/organizer are responsible for checking spelling, shirt sizes and submitted details. Changes requested after final approval may incur a $15 fee per change.

Once final information, payment and approvals are complete, QT Print Co. begins production. The final production/delivery timeline will be confirmed with the organizer.

Orders are packaged by participant and provided to the group organizer. Participants are responsible for distributing any

additional supporter shirts connected to their fundraiser.

The organization confirms it has permission to provide and authorize use of team/school logos and marks for the approved fundraiser.
